Below are what I believe are the four key components to building an execution framework that allows you to scale both personally and professionally

THE FIRST PILLAR

Strategy

A plan specifying how a person, group, or organization will allocate resources in order to support sustained growth. An operating strategy should be rooted in some higher level purpose or mission,  and should be reviewed constantly to ensure internal consistency.

THE SECOND PILLAR

Simplification

Complex problems are often easier to solve once their broken down into simple frameworks, mental models, or analogues. The sooner you can get a sense for what a problem "looks like" at an intuitive level, the sooner you can use that intuition to find and test different solutions.

THE THIRD PILLAR

Scoring

Scoring is vitally important and doesn’t always have to be quantitative, either. It’s a simple matter of taking time to reflect and assess the progress you've made. If done genuinely and consistently, execution and fulfillment can only improve over time.

THE FOURTH PILLAR

Scalability

For me, "scale" is totally different from mere "growth." Growth is linear, scale is exponential. Growth can be spontaneous and even accidental, scale is intentional. Growth often just means more of what you have, scale could be leveling up to something totally different and better. Defining what scale is and how to achieve it is my favorite topic.
